Campaign dates: February 2024

 

Newcomers are very welcome to join – we need you to win our next general election! If you haven't canvassed in the area before, please mention this in your RSVP message, and the canvass leader will arrange with you to meet half an hour in advance of the start time to give you an introduction.

 

Please bring a charged smartphone and check you can log into Labour Hub at https://login.labour.org.uk/ in advance of the session – this is because we canvass using the Labour Doorstep website. If you have accessibility problems with using a mobile phone, please let the canvass leader know and we will work something out for you.

 

Several of our canvasses begin from members' homes, who are generous enough to host us (and to make the tea and coffee!). Please RSVP in advance directly to the canvass leader in order to receive the precise address.

Thursday 1st February

Saturday 3rd February

  • 11am Canvass Earley, Canvass Often with Peter, meeting at the intersection of Rushey Way and Moorhen Drive. You are welcome to arrive at Peter's house on Squirrels Way from 10:30am onwards for tea; the group will start walking at 10:50am to Moorhen Drive.     In-person training will be followed by a phonebanking session at 6:45pm, for which there will be a Zoom call to welcome those phonebanking at a distance.
